Before battle:
"Welcome... No, wait. Puny Trainer, how good to see you've made it here! I have been entrusted with the... No, wait. I am Flannery, and I'm the Gym Leader here! Uh... Dare not underestimate me, though I have been Leader only a short time! With skills inherited from my grandfather, I shall, uh...demonstrate the hot moves we have honed on this land!"
I am told I am admired for my beauty and strength.
I have only been a Gym Leader for a short time, and I try to act intimidating but can't quite get it right.
After I lose to the main character, I realized that I was trying too hard to be someone that I wasn't and had to run things my own way.
When I lose:
"Oh... I guess I was trying too hard... I... I've only recently become a Gym Leader. I tried too hard to be someone I'm not. I have to do things my natural way. If I don't, my Pokémon will be confused. Thanks for teaching me that. For that, you deserve this."
After being defeated:
"If you have a Heat Badge, all Pokémon up to Level 50, even those you get in trades from other people, will obey you completely. And, it lets Pokémon use the HM move Strength outside of battle. This is a token of my appreciation. Don't be shy about taking it!"
"That TM50 contains Overheat. That move inflicts serious damage on the opponent. But it also sharply cuts the SP. ATK of the Pokémon using it. It might not be suitable for longer battles."
"Your power reminds me of someone... Oh! I know! You battle like Norman, the Gym Leader of Petalburg."

I am a new Gym Leader, after my grand-father stepped down to become a poet.
My grand-father was once part of the Hoenn Elite Four.
My grand-father was my inspiration to become a great trainer.
I have feelings for Tabitha...
I am close friends with Winona.
I have battled Norman in the past.
My title is "One with a fiery passion that burns!"
My passion for Pokémon burns stronger and hotter than a volcano.
I am currently the only notable Fire-type specialist who is female.
My first gym battle team are all female.
My final re-match team are all male.
In the manga my grand-father is deceased, in the anime, he is alive.
People say me and Tabitha seemed to be attracted to eachother when trying to stop Mt Chimney from being dormant.
When the Hoenn gym leaders aligned with either Team Magma or Team Aqua, I aligned with Team Magma, also convincing Winona, to join me. Wattson also joined Team Magma.
Winona left after Wallace suggested she should, I left due to seeing the chaos created.
In the manga I have a vulpix.

I'm from Unova, the beautiful city of Castelia.
I am Arti's little sister. I have all eight badges of Unova and Sinnoh.
And I want to keep travelling.
I'm connected to Reshiram.
Powers; I can levitate/fly and I can use and control fire.
I can also see into people's memories, to help bring truth to the world. I can also, finally, speak to pokemon verbally and understand them. My natural abilitiy is the voice of the forest, a sixth sense I have when in the forest.
History:
My brother and myself had to raise each other. Our mother died giving birth to me, and our father was never around home. My brother is the gym leader and I travel. I tend to love being around grass types, though they are not my favourite type, I do love being in the forest with them. Me and my brother spent most of our childhood in the forest near Castelia city, usually sketching together, or my brother teaching me about pokemon. When I turned ten, I left to go to Sinnoh, and got my nine badges from there, no not eight, nine, I wanted to make Unova proud. I then returned a year later, and got my eight badges of Unova. Lately I have been just training and considering travelling again, though I mainly help out at my brothers gym.
Some extra information:
I train with my pokemon, usually to music.
My dream is to be the champion of Unova!
My talents are art and dancing.
My favourite type of pokemon are Ghost, Dark and Fire.
I look up to Adeku and Cynthia.
I'm known as the elemental master.
My hobbies are photography, music and sketching.
My likes and dislikes:
I love the colours red, purple black and silver.
I love relaxing in forests, staring at the sky, dancing to music, sketching and training. I love nature in general and I believe every region and every legendary is connected. I also love pokemon plushies, tell someone your dead. I also love berries and chocolate.
I hate spider like bug pokemon, I have a fear of them. (Bad experience when I was five and Arti saved me.) I also hate cheer leaders or 'preppy' people, they annoy me to no end. Their 'too' happy, and to over the top. I don't like fan girls, or bosst people.
My personality:
I'm considered a lot different to my brother. I'm out spoken, determined, headstrong, strong willed, self sacrificing, protective and sociable. I am a lot more calm than my brother. I'm known as bitter sweet, I'm mainly kind and caring to my brother and younger children, but I still tease my brother. Though I am usually a care free and free spirited. I don't care much for rules or authority.
My current team:
Pansear(Blaze), Emonga(Sparky), Waruvial(King), Cofagrigus(Yami), Pignite(Prince) and Haxorus(Ryuu).
All of my team are male.

Verde nudged Rojo so he can look away from the two and he did so. They came out of the water and headed to find some towels to dry off with. Typhlosion held the heart until he came out of the water. The water heart fell onto the two but it felt somewhat warm then it did cold. Steven brought Onyx and close to him as he could and he kissed her forehead. "Please... your sweeter then me no doubt." Steven finally remembered that his phone had sunk but he didn't really care for it. He swam slowly to the edge of the pool with Onyx in his arms. "You want to stay in the water or do you want to get out?" he asked.
After Azul's anger tantrum he came back to the tree exhausted and frustrated. He looked up at the tree and could see Kyoko's sleeping bag and the spot he was sleeping in. He hit the tree enough to bring down the Pokeballs but not enough to wake Kyoko. He caught all of his Pokeballs and then attached them to his belt. He leaned against the tree next to Feraligatr. He petted the water types head as he tried to sleep.
"Nah. Your the sweete..." But Steven was halted from speaking because of the deeper kiss Onyx gave him. He was at first surprised and caught off guard. His eyes wide eyed from the sudden deep, sneaky kiss. His eyes relaxed as well as his body which tensed up for a few seconds. He wrapped his arms around Onyx's waist and closed his eyes so he could focus on the kiss and feel more connected to it. Typhlosion, Rojo and Verde stopped with what they were doing and looked over at the two love birds. They all smiled and were immensely happy at the scene. Typhlosion used his psychic power to grab some of the water and he hovered it above Onyx and Steven. He then made it form into a perfect heart that just floated above the two.
Azul looked down again after being huddled up in his spot. He saw Feraligatr sleeping at the foot of the tree and then saw Kyoko next. The moonlight was hitting her face. The smoothness of her skin and how peaceful she looked sleeping was shown from the moonlight. The feeling returned again but with more force. "Damn it! What is this!!" Azul yelled holding his head. Azul jumped from his spot on the tree and landed again on the ground. He then ran from Kyoko and Feraligatr for a good few minutes growling and with eyes closed. He arrived at a rock face and he wanted to let out whatever he was feeling onto the rock. His hands were engulfed in shadow and he began to claw and punch through the rock in an attempt to release the feeling. "I've had enough of this feeling! I want it to leave. I don't want it present no more! Everytime I look at that girl that damn feeling comes back! It's like the flu!! It leaves but then comes back!" After a few minutes of carving the wall Azul was exhausted. He fell on his knees and then he clawed the ground. "Someone explain to me what this is..." Feraligatr stayed at the foot of the tree and wondered if he should wake Kyoko or go to his trainer. He decided to stay to see how things turned out fro Azul.
