Opening his eyes the boy looked up at her and smiled gently. "It not that Kasumi...Im just really tired for the past few days...I havent been sleeping normally as of late." Kabuto's black eyes were dull with tiredness as he closed his eyes again. He started to shuffle the papers into one pile seeing that she wanted to spend some time with him. The medic decided that a soft break would not hurt. "Do you wish to go somewhere to catch up on lost time?" He asked her.

She smirks upon hearing Kasumi's revelation, tilting her head a bit. propping her legs back on the desk she lays her hands on her lap, speaking. "well..maybe you get to meet the basterds..and finally have your revenge"
She didn't take the hint as he placed his glasses on the desk. He patted her head lightly. "I was preoccupied with my work, Kasumi-chan.." He responded closing his eyes as he rested his the back of his head on her, while she was looking over the paperwork. He didn't mind about her looking. It wasn't like she could possibly understand Orochimaru's short hand notes, along with his own squiggles on the margins of the noteS. Looking at her from the corner of his eye, he asked. "What brings you here, Kasumi?"
The male was working endlessly on the mountains of paperwork that Orochimaru had assigned him. For being one of the greatest Shinobi in the world, Orochimaru seemed to lack in organization when it came to pen and paper. He would rather cause chaos, train and study endless amounts of jutsu that could possibly grant him immortality. Kabuto sighed taking off his glasses to rub his tired eyes, kneeding at the skin as well as at the bridge of his nose. The boy sulked, boredly started to spin his glasses in his left hand, running his other through his hair. He had a lot on his mind. Karine was messing up his lab again as usual while he just found out that his sister was still alive. He barely had anytime to speak with her, and in a way he felt as if he was ignoring her. Kasumi seemed to want to get to know him better but Orochimaru was piling up the paperwork as if trying to get them to stay apart. And maybe it was for the best. What was he going to tell her? That he had become a criminal just for following his Lord? His Master?
Hearing the door creak behind him, Kabuto sighed, knowing that it was his sister. He didnt bother to look back to greet her and pretended not to notice that she had entered. Maybe she would get the hint and her curiousity to know who he was...would falter for one more day.
