You REALLY need to make sure you add as many details as possible, and use literacy.
If not, Gaia won't give a ********.

"Contact Us" at the bottom of the screen.
Take Screen shots with the button that says PRT SCR/ SYSRQ and paste them into paint, upload and send to them.
TELL THEM EVERYTHING. Be detailed. Don't just say someone stole my items.
Tell them your account was hacked into, items taken, and several attempts at banning were made. Tell them the original username, and the new one.

It's okay... It's really not that big of a deal.. It's just a bunch of pixels.
Some kid had to be a f*****t and ******** around with you. File a report and you may get your items back.
