u 3u Dieting is hard. Try not to think of it as a "diet" so much as getting into new, better habits. Like honestly, it's about swapping one food for another occasionally and portion control more than it is about making a list of forbidden items. Cause when you think of eating certain foods as "cheating", you'll just be disappointed in yourself when you inevitably eat that food.

^ u^ Just walk lots, drink 2000mL of water a day, and eat small things every few hours.

lol i think horror games are pretty fun. i watched a friend of mine play amnesia but haven't really played it myself.
Really? My buddy has been trying to get me to get arma 2 for a while so i can join his artillery group, and yeah i played day z before i knew what arma was haha
