"I love you brother and I don't want to be left alone again and please don't shut me out and I promise I won't do the same." She whispered loud enough for him to hear. "For you brother, I will never leave you alone. Ever." And she pulled back a bit and gently smiled at InuYasha in a comforting away as much as possible.

Sesshomaru gripped the sheet under him as he took ragged breaths, struggling to deal with the pain.

Sesshomaru's curled a bit around Inuyasha's hand in his sleep shortly after his sibling said this.
He slept peacefully since he wasn't able to feel the pain.
As the sun rose the next day, the rays of light crept over the sleeping siblings.
Sesshomaru groaned a bit and started to wake up.

Sesshomaru couldn't stay awake much longer anyway and soon feel asleep.
He was glad Inuyasha had decided to stay while he rested.
His tail then softly curled around on of Inuyasha's arms in appreciation, while he slept.
