*looks up and sees Inuyasha come into the room with medicine*

*carefully starts to lift Sesshomaru into a sitting position so he can be given the medicine*

Sesshomaru ended up giving a small cry of pain at the movement.

*watches InuYasha from my spot while still pondering about my personal question**looks down at the grass again, plucking a few more blades of grass* It's such a calm night. Nights like this really can tame a wild beast sometimes.

*looks up at him and gives a small smile* I find this spot very comfortable actually. Not only that *looks up at the moon* it's a perfect view of the moon. It calms me down whenever I'm upset or angry.

Sesshomaru let himself fall back on the bed, as he could hold himself up any longer.
The pain was getting worse as the medicine started to wear off.
His bangs were clinging to his face and he was having trouble breathing from the pain.

Sesshomaru shakily started to push himself up and his locket fell out from the folds of his kimono.
It was open and the picture inside showed him smiling down at a little Inuyasha he held in his arms, as the pup was hugging him and looked happy.
He struggled to focus on Inuyasha and remain even somewhat sat up.

Sesshomaru barely opened his cloudy amber eyes and strained to speak.

Sesshomaru cringed at a sudden sharp pain raced across the the Wind Scar wounds across his abdomen, chest, and left shoulder.
His fingers clawed at the bedding under him and he started coughing blood.

Alright.

*float up to the branch he's sitting on and then hugs him tightly for a bit before going inside to check on his eldest*
*sits on the edge of Sesshomaru's bed and sees that he's shivering and panting weakly*

You did indeed faint and I carried you over to over to Kirara, so I could lay you against her.
When I looked at Sango, she quickly took Rin to a nearby stream to clean the blood off of her and I gave her one of the little girl's spare kimonos from a bag on Ah-Uhn's sadle.
Kagome quickly healped me treat your brother's wounds, as Miroku held him up for us.

*runs a hand through bangs*

I'm going to check on him and see how he's doing.
If you need anything let me know.
I'll tell you later how he's doing, after I've seen for myself.

I know...
I've told Sesshomaru before about how important it is to remain calm because things like this are bound to happen if you allow anger to get the better of you.
At the very least, Rin was unharmed.
She ended up letting something slip out while she crying last night.
Her exact words were, 'I don't want to lose another daddy.'....

*A deep sigh left him as his back pressed against the trunk of the tree Inuyasha was in*

Rin's fine, she's just worried like I am.
I'm sure she's still asleep on my bed from curling up beside me last night.
It took a while to calm the poor girl after what happened.
