A thought occured one time...I saw a cop driving while talking on a cell phone. It's strange how they don't want drivers talking on cell phones, yet a cop drives by talking on one. Taking that further, it makes it seem like he's not doing his job. So think about this: If a cop is driving while talking on a cell phone, who is he paying attention to? The people on the driving or the person on the phone?
