Meet The Cast

Cherry Blossom

As Kero would say, Konyanachiwa Minna-san!! I'm so happy that you're here!! My name is Sakura Kinomoto. I am 16 years old and dwell in the land of Tokyo, Japan. What can I tell you about myself? Let's see...When I was ten years old I stumbled upon an ancient book in my father's study called The Clow Book. It was a book that held the Clow Cards created by a magician named Clow Reed that control the elements. I accidentally set them free, thus began a journey and responsibility that changed my life forever. My destiny is to be master of the Clow Cards, which are now Sakura Cards. They've all been caught and restored, and now it is my duty to sustain them. I still don't find it an easy task, but everyone still insists that I've been chosen for the part. I'm so lucky for my friends and family, without their incredible love and support I would never have made it this far!

In my free time I enjoy being a member of the Cheerleading Club, Dancing, Running and building my Homemaking skills! I am engaged to my number one, Syaoran Li. He's been gone to his home in Hong Kong for a while, but just recently returned and is now attending High School with us! I also love spending time with my Twin Star, Tomoyo Daidouji! She's not just my cousin, but my best friend. She's always supported me since she discovered that I was a Card Captor and I'm ever so grateful for her help! She always wants to catch me on video, which can be rather embarrassing at times...I'm not in favor of a whole lot of attention...Hoee...But she's spent a lot of time and effort on making me wonderful costumes to fight in. They can be slightly uncomfortable (some of them are just so hard to move in!! ^.^;; ), but I must admit, the girl has made fashion into an art. I admire her creativity and the fact that she has stuck by me from the beginning and I have no doubt she'll be there till the end.

Then there's Meiling Li. She's Syaoran's cousin from Hong Kong and at first we didn't get along very well...but the seasons have changed and with them our hearts, and now she's one of my best friends! She even helped Syaoran and I admit our feelings to each other. She's a very pretty girl, and an incredible fighter. I wish I knew martial arts as well as she does! I admire her strength and strong will. I believe that she's going to change the world some day.

Our lives never hold a dull moment. Aside from guarding the Sakura Cards, I've been learning what challenges come with being in High School. I hope you join us in our adventures!! It was so lovely meeting you!!
