Yes, truly, The Queen alternately speaks in the accepted court custom of referring to ourself as many, encompassing the people we represent; and also in third person, as her faithful court scribe.

This country is under new jurisdiction from the current ruling family.
It's taking a while, because somehow, she's actually in debt, and we're new to Gaia itself (I technically 'joined' Gaia July of 2006, but a Queen should never shirk from a challenge, no matter how impossible it seems.) We apologize.
The royal coffers are steadily expanding, though, due to the well-timed intervention of our neighboring country's monarch, the wise and beautiful Grin Evilly.
Just please be patient and don't get too annoyed with our Council.
Soon Jade Queen will be open for tourists and other peasant-types who wish to flower under the benevolent umbrella of Her Royal Highness Jade.
The country of Jade apologizes, but due to the economy uprisings we're experiencing, we will not give (and have never given) donations of any of our items, including our whip, which incidentally doesn't belong to us. If you want to suffer the loss of 40k for another person, we're right here. We're afraid that we just can't afford to give someone else's whip away...but we'll donate any non-green/yellow items of The Queens' wardrobe to favored courtiers sometime.
