LAYOUT CONTESTDeadline : January first of two-thousand-eight. 01/01/08. You must send in a screen-shot of your layout design, or have applied the design to your own profile, for me to see by January the first. I'll send you 2,500 Gaian gold if I like it.
Prize : 25,000 gold, along with one of January's monthly collectibles if the layout is obsess-worthy and I've clearly gone insane. You'll receive 2,500 before I get the codes / instructions to apply the layout. You'll receive the rest of the prize after I've applied the layout to my profile.
Details : Although I'd prefer it if someone would make a layout specifically to my tastes - to be quite honest? I dislike my sense of creativity so just don't ask for exact parameters. Seriously. You might lose the contest.
HOWEVER, there is a limitation to what you may include in your designs, and that is this: you must have one of the items listed below in the layout you plan to enter, or it will be immediately disqualified.
What you may include, and must if you want to win :
Slash.
I adore slash (relationships between characters of the same gender) and I DON'T CARE if the relationship is either boy x boy or girl x girl. Both are cute, and, at times, incredibly hot. (Yes, I am shallow. Very aware of it, too.)
Rainstorms.
Preferably in them.
Chess.
I love chess - watching the games, and playing them. I dislike tournaments, abhor playing competitive chess, and love timed games. I also prefer playing with a large group of people who love chess as much, if not more so, than I do.
Tragedies.
As in no happy endings. I despise senselessly unreasonable drama and angst, however. I'm not that much a pessimist. Yet. I'm still waiting for the whole teenage-angst thing to kick in. I think. I might have accidentally missed it somewhere along the way. =/

SOMETHING PERSONAL
Nicknames : Jazz, Jazzi - 'Jhas' is tolerable, although it isn't pronounced as 'Jazz.' Also, I've been called T.K., Kaye, and Lin.
Age : Between sixteen and twenty-one. I'm either a Gemini or that other thing before Gemini.
Gender : Female. If the sex-change operation didn't cost so much (monetary wise, as well as opportunity-wise), I'm quite sure I would've begged my parents to allow me to become a boy a long, long, long time ago.
Sexual Orientation : I'm bisexual. I don't care if you don't like homosexuality. And I don't care if you do. And I certainly do not care if you're intent on making your sentiments known. Go ahead, actually.
Personality : I like lying. It's not pathological. If I say that I'm telling the truth, I might actually be telling the truth. And if I don't, I might be telling the truth, anyway.
I'm also narcissistic, in a sense. Egoism is more or less narcissism, isn't it? Don't spork me for the synonymous relation. It exists, I tell ya! Or it might not. Whatever. Technically, I'm more egoistic than narcissistic though.
And I'm a dork - socially awkward, whatever have you. If you laugh at me, all the better. ;P
Friends : I don't consider many as actual 'friends' because I do have a tendency to differentiate between friendship and casual association to a disgustingly severe degree. I don't trust people. I don't have faith in them. And I can say it with a perfectly straight face or a perfectly, irritatingly cheerful smile.
It might seem strange then that I actually like people, doesn't it?
