My name is John Kramer but to some I am known as 'Jigsaw'. Over the years I have tried to instill a somewhat harsh form of Darwin Theory into my subjects. Humans do not appreciate the lives that they have been given, so I try to help them with their missing piece of the puzzle. Using deadly traps, which are a symbolic representation of what they are missing in life, these traps are games and you MUST follow the rules if you want to survive. Alot of my subjects must endure extreme self-mutilation and also on occasion psychological torture to survive. The rules are simple enough, but thus far only one has been lucky enough to appreciate her life enough to give it right back to me, making Amanda Young my apprentice. Amanda's emotions get in the way but she is the only one that truly understands me, she is the closets thing to me.
