Marksmen of the DC,Roy Harper was raised by Brave Bow, a Navajo medicine chief after his father, a forest ranger, died in a forest fire.

Under Brave Bow's tutelage, Roy became a remarkable archer, and, after Brave Bow's death, Roy was adopted by Oliver Queen, the Green Arrow, and became the Green Arrow's sidekick, "Speedy."

When the Justice League of America reformed, Arsenal was invited to join the legendary team. At this time, Roy Harper changed his identity to Red Arrow, in honor of the "family name."

[Still skilled and taking Heroine? -tilts head- But seriously, the other guy before you also said he was a Master martial artists which really bugged me as well but I didn't say anything until he started being racist and insulting others. It also states in other websites including the official ones that he is a skilled martial artists/hand to hand combat. Not a Master.]

It says nothing about him being a master of the art of war or so what they call it, becoming a master Martial Artists takes years to complete and as far as I know, train. Roy is skilled at it but not a Master at it.]

(I find it odd that you always mention that you aren't the "Red Arrow" before you. I understand you are saying this to get the point across but usually the ones that say that aren't, are.)

[Then Roy is a master at archery, that's his specialty not martial arts, his body is able to take alot of physical damage and stuff like that...Like Durability. As for Tempest I already know it's him.]
