I am scarecr- Dr. Jonathan Crane. I'm a psychiatrist & I specialize in psychopharmacology. I'm the director at Arkham Asylum in Gotham City. Although its a nice little city filled with crime, I'd love to hold to for ransom. And that is what I will do. Mess with me, Say goodbye to your sanity.
