Born a Nekomuseme to two human parents on Tashiro Island, Japan, Krys was abandoned at an orphanage there. Being the only cat-girl on the island, they had forced her to hide her ears and tail, but even then she spent most of her time indoors learning everything she could from books. Oz "found" her when she was living there, and they bonded almost immediately.
She ran away from the orphanage when she was 13 and spent the next several years living on the streets. She fell in with a rather rough crowd who helped her vent her frustrations by teaching her to fight.
At 17 she was out late one night, having left Oz behind, and she was attacked - by a vampire. The only thing she can remember from that night was that he was the most handsome man she has ever seen.. and that he left her alive.
Now, as a cat-vampire-girl hybrid, she has been found years later by a certain soul reaper who claims to "help" her on her quest to find the vampire who turned her.
What she'll do when she meets him.. well.. that's still to be found out.
