I'm 15 too... and you're better than whatever your family and dave are making you out to be. You can choose the right guy, and dave ISN'T the right guy. Ok? He's not even close, don't let this keep going!! I'd hate to know you were stuck with this guy for the rest of your life. It sounds like he'll act just like your father, and scare you. You deserve better, everyone does. You have a lot of life to live.

You're a great person. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Mel, please start worrying about your own welfare and forget what your dad and boyfriend want out of you. You have great potential other than just a fifteen year old wife condemmed to a life at home for the rest of her life. Try it out, rather than thinking about marrige, think about going to college. Seriously, I think you'd be great.
