It boosts all of your stats, especially your health. That is why I almost have 400 health right now. And I would come on and hep you play but my computer is running Linux right now and I can't get Flash player to agree with my version to install.

I have a spare Solar Ray, Shuriken, Hornet's Nest, Hot Foot and a Slash Ring for combat. Slash is better than Hack. I heard that from someone else, especially for someone who is of low level as you. And I would buy one of the ??? Rings and unlock it as it is a Fitness Ring and that will help boost your stats.
