Linnea smiled lightly at Kahoku's comments, she realized how bizarre something that was a typical day for the people of her city was very strange for others to hear being spoken of so casually. Although even she had to admit it was a very scary time for them all.
The smile quickly faded though at the mention of how living in Saffron and being so close to Celadon must have meant lots of opportunities and... freedom. Her eyes drifted away from him, "Oh well... maybe for some but I was kinda of..." Her voice trailed off before she shook her head, "Sorry, it's just I spent a lot of time at home or in my mother's tea house. She had me training all the time and tried to get me to work with this Persian of hers. Awful creature he was."

"Really? You have never seen an Eevee?" The thought was astonishing.
As Kahoku continued and explained how it possibly because a lot of trainers believe the elements are the only way to truly get their poke'mon to use the full extent of it's power Aesir's face became slightly saddened. It quickly faded though as he watched his little friend, "Eevee is an exceptional little fighter and a great performer, I wouldn't evolve her for all the money in the world."
His Eevee cooed as it pressed it's head into Kahoku's hand, "Eeeevvveee veee". The little brown critter locked eyes with the Skitty near it's master. The hair on it's back stood on ends for a moment before it looked to Kahoku and ran up his arm and nuzzled his cheek, "Veeee."
Aesir laughed, "It seems Eevee has taken a liking to you Kahoku, she is friendly but not THAT friendly with most within the first five minutes."
The boy noticed the nudging at his leg and looked down to the Skitty. He bent down to his knees and scratched it under it's chin and then worked at behind it's ears, "Sucha pretty color and fine creature you are." A smirk crossed his lips, "One can only wonder what mischief hides behind those grinning eyes."

Linnea could feel Kahoku's eyes focusing on her hand and felt her cheeks get red, 'I must look like a loon or something...'
She was relieved when he continued and took the attention off the slight trance she was in,
"Yeah, Sabrina is the psychic gym leader of Saffron. As for the whole off situation... she is not as different (must avoid saying creepy) as she use to be. There was a time where things were pretty bad, you couldn't even walk the streets without the fear of disappearing but that has changed now. I was actually able to convince myself to challenge her after a friend of mine returned from the gym all in one piece." Lin lightly giggled and bit her lower lip realizing that was nothing to laugh at, "Erm... well, her poke'mon were tough, especially for my party. I ended up having to face off with her three times before I won and that was thanks to my Ralts. You know, Sabrina is not the only gym in Saffron though, there is a fight club gym full of fighting types, quite the opposite of what you experience when you duel psychic types."

Linnea giggled at Kahoku's comment about Nurse Joy's complexion. Her eyes drifted to the busy woman and her army of Chanseys which were scouting around to a few poke'mon which looked like they had caught the sniffles. The girl's topaz eyes fell back on to Kahoku, "Honestly, you do not look that tan either." She raised her hand to his arm, "We are almost the same and I don't get out much in the sun either."
She smiled before continuing, "Anyways, if you have questions about Saffron City feel free to ask, I know the place like the back of my hand." Her eyes lowered to her hand, 'Where did that freckle come from?'

He smiled wide, "Oh ya!" Aesir whipped one of his poke'balls out and flung it, a beam of light and a figure formed. Just as it seemed the light would grow into a bigger creature it shrunk down, down, and down until an Eevee was standing on all fours looking up at Kahoku.
"Eevee is working on her coat constantly so she tends to leave a mess behind, haha."
The Eevee looked at Aesir, a somewhat perked expression, "Eevv..eeee" It shifted it's attention back up to Kahoku, "Eevv?"

Aesir tried to hide a laugh as Kahoku noticed all the pink hairs but it was hopeless. His eyes following the little Skitty as it darted behind him, "Hey, no problem!" Whipping his backpack over his should he pulled out a lint brush, "Keep it, I have three more. They really work wonders."
