that was the time when became famous for dating a duke's son. for being so famous, Karen decided to do showbiz.

many also envied her, for she was dating Leo. she started to be obsessed with Leo,
 for that, she kept dieting an unhealthy diet and kept exercising until she collapses. she was hospitalized.
because of that, Karen broke up with Leo even though she really loved him.
