I think it might also depend on what program you used to rip the DVDs. I used Magic DVD Ripper. Search for it online - you should get 5 free tries before you have to pay for it. That worked for me and I had no prob opening the files after that.
I think in Windows Movie Maker, you import the DVD from whatever folder or wherever you saved the DVD to.
Well, one thing you have to make sure of is that your computer has Windows Movie Maker. Most computers come with it.

College is fun so far, but I was sooooo scared at first of living here alone with roommates I don't even know.

It's annoying dealing with crabby customers.
I think it took me about a week or so to get used to it. Actually, what really got me to learning how to make the drinks was being left alone there and going by the recipe book. I was so nervous, but I figured the worst that could happen was me not being able to make the drink and the customer getting mad. >> Repetitiveness is the key!
But yeah, that's how I was when I first started too. In fact, I felt so uncomfortable there not knowing anything that I hated going there everyday. XD But you'll get used to it before you know it, and soon enough you'll start daydreaming while making the drinks (LOL) and you won't even know you made them. XD
Oh, me and my brother and his friend went to Anime Weekend Atlanta yesterday, and on the way home, we got lost and ended up driving all over the place for 5 hours.
The espresso machine scared me so much when I was new. O__o I even had the milk explode several times. >> Call it initiation, lol.
