About

Reading and writing are my life. All kinds of fiction, fantasy, and mystery novels interest me. Right now, I am in college and working on a degree in Technical Writing.

Play nice, and I'll play nice back. Be an a**, and I'll kick yours.

I've finally obtained my dream avi! Yay!

I've actually finished two pretty good books recently that I picked up from the trash. The Silver Sword about Polish children living in WWII and Plague 99 which actually won an award. I never thought I'd finish Plague 99 as I really cannot stand seeing people in heart-breaking situations but it had a good ending! ^^... kinda... for a story about a Plague... I think.... So what interesting stories have you read so far?

P.s. I'm not a bag lady.. I just happen to find a stack of good books on top of a very clean trash bins. (Our trash bins are so clean here, you could almost eat from it... almost.)

I love the Chronicles of Narnia!! Read them as a kid and still loving it. I'm not too much into the horror stuff but Dealing with Dragons sounds like a pretty good book. I think I've heard of it somewhere. Maybe it was in one of Cricket's Magazine's book review. Okay! I think I'll get myself that for (belated) Christmas. ^^ Singapore isn't too bad of a place. I might not be able to get CDs by E Nomine or Tokio Hotel but we could pretty much get any book through special requests at one of the two major bookstores and I've got friends there! ^^ Thank you very much for the recommendation! ^^

Hmm... I have to say that I read all types as well. But I especially love to read children story because it's short and sweet! Are you from the States? If you are, then you should know about Cricket Magazine. I grew up reading those! ^^ And I still treasure them... every issue I even had. (and no, I'm not from the States so I had to get mine mail ordered.)

I love mystery novels and the classics like Sherlock Holmes and Jane Eyre. I love something with romance and humor. Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, or What You Will is always good for a laugh and I love his use of imagery. (Plus, it's for Christmas!! ^^ I think they should air such plays for Christmas. "A Christmas Carol" is done to death at Christmas!!! That and "Home Alone", in my humble opinion.)

May I ask which books he has written that has captivated you, so as to speak? And why do you think that he is a good writer?

I love reading myself so I might just try and get his books ... after christmas. I need more reading material!
