theres almost no doubt that Santa is going to be thinking of something a little more 'special' than a lump of coal for Timmy next xmas...

Ah, college.. no. That'll happen when I have the money. I live and work, and do my best to enjoy the present >.< I also want to actually use whatever education I get, not get a degree just for the sake of having it, I want to be sure that whatever program I go into it'll be something that'll help with a future career. Going on for post-secondary is basically deciding what you want to do for the rest of your life, which is a friggin huge decision. I had my next ten years planned out pretty much from grade 10 to 12, then I entered a tumultuous time of my life, and now I realize I really don't know myself as well as one would think. So I'm taking my time, deciding on what I'll end up doing for the rest of my life. They say to try find something you'll enjoy, but I don't think I know what that would be.

...And be careful with fanfiction, it can steal your soul... Or at least I think my parents thought that >.< I had my sister and I hooked on it since I was in grade 7 or something... My dad would find ways to block places like fanfiction.net and other sites we used more often, but we would find ways around it... Good times out thinking my Bible thumping parents.. I mean no offense if you're Christian, it's just not for me personally, and it was a pain to have to fake Christianity just to make living with ones family bearable.

xD You have no idea how wrong you are. I know absolutely NOTHING about music. I just chose songs I thought sounded good, mostly taken from other people's profiles. But it's nice to know I put on a good front.

Grade ten... With the people I hang out with I tend to feel so young, but man, you make me feel old. Grade ten wasn't all that hard, as long as you don't let yourself fall too far behind there aren't any huge jumps in difficulty. I'm pretty sure school is designed to push you just the right amount to get you to the next level of knowledge, to prepare you for what comes next. At least that's how it is in Canada...



And interest stealing sites eh? A friend got me to use psypets.net , it has a nice atmosphere and still has a fairly small community, oddly enough it seems that quite a few members are also on Gaia. Then there's my addiction to fanfiction which has been around since before I'd ever even heard of Gaia, and of course facebook. Talking to people, the little amusing applications, complaining about the bus strike in my city..

StumbleUpon is also an awesome Firefox add-on that can amuse me for hours on end..
