Who is overpopulated, India or the United States?

India: Poor families have an average of 6 children per family. In these families there are a lot of infant deaths which, in turn, makes the family want more children to take their place.

United States: Families here have an average of two children. But, every American impacts the earth 30 times more than any one person in India.
