Position in Clan: Grand Architect of Paraiya Clan (Masquerading as Grand Architect (i.e. 2nd in Command) of the Aru-Inochi Clan)

Weapon: Wouldn't you like to know.

Special Skills/Powers: Kilo is a tech-head. As ruler of Paraiya, he uses his multi-magical powers combined with technological knowhow to create awesome feats of technology. His main powers are a combination by use of his magic and tech.

Physical description: Kilo is slender, tall, with red hair. His normal attire, well, he doesn't really have a normal attire. He changes due to how he feels or where he is going. He prides himself on his knowledge of science, technology, and magic. He likes to build and create things, and they normally work. Before he became the Grand Architect, he had already created a powerhouse ship, the Brobdingnagian**. Currently in work are 6 other projects, maybe more later. His early inventions, yielded horrible names, such as the Brobdingnagian.

Brief History: Kilo has always been a bit of an intellectual person, even since he was born. He learned he had magical powers early in life, but he was already in Paraiya, so no one cared. As he grew, the clanspeople began to revere him, because of his intellect, and he quickly rose to important clan positions, one being a Diplomat to the Aru-Inochi, who protected the Paraiyans. Through this Diplomacy, he met and grew a great friendship with the Papermaster Aloiv. He even aided in the building of the Papermaster's new home. Soon, he became the Grand Architect of the Paraiya, being greatly known and liked throughout both clans, Paraiya and Aru-Inochi.
