The killer in a previous book
Kileed 4 women
During his trial all the evidence kept getting thrown out
But they finally convicted him and he went to jail
In this book the same killer breaks out because of an earthquake
He claims that he only killed 3 of the 4 victims that one was a setup to frame him
Now he's going on a killing spree, slashing up faces, shooting execution style
All the people that were involved with his conviction and the person who framed him
