Introduction
Hello, everyone! Welcome to the Kingdom of Bright-Field. What we stand for is apparent in our exemplary banner below. Our guild is diverse and rapidly changing as we do accept anyone.
No matter what’s coming at us!
Now, know if you decide to join the Bright-Field family, which we sincerely hope you do, a distraught moment or crisis will be hard. However, we will prevail together. There will be war, but as a family and a guild, we will rise triumphant in unity. Don’t lose hope on us… Above all, we will come out as a family on top!
Donation
If you’d like to donate, please send a PM notifying the Council. Read the Ranking section to see who’s in the Council. After that, a trade to our mule account Kingdom of Bright-Field will be made. All the gold donated will filter back into the guild. You should know that we’re here for you and this is not a scam to get gold! Every donation is accepted. This is not geared toward narcissistic self-interest or anything of the matter, but to simply supply you with a fun, memorable experience.
Ranking
Instead of climbing up each rank, the rank you receive is dependent upon which one you want and if Lord Ryu Jin, Nephilim Artorias, and Serkonos have deemed you worthy of that position. See the Ranking below to see who you can send a PM to. Each position that has been taken will be posted in a separate topic on the Subforum so we can keep you up with the latest information on the ranking system. You will also be presented with a reward depending on your rank. Another reward could be contrary of what another might. For example, a Knight will have no reward because the Knight position is unlimited as to how much people it can have. It’s simply too much money to divvy out.
King - the male ruler of an independent state. This position is unavailable. (Permanent)
The Council- Each Council member, out of four, are the support of the guild. They hold it up like a pillar would a building. Attaining the rank of Council is the highest honor one can receive within the Kingdom of Bright-Field. These people are to be treated and respected accordingly to that of a king. If you’ve achieved the Council rank, you showed the utmost loyalty, worthiness, and overall, you showed us that we can trust you the most out of every member. If an event, giveaway, or anything else is happening in the Subforum, the people on the Council will host it. To get on the Council, a unanimous vote would have to take place. Whenever the Council has to vote on something, it must be unanimous or it won’t happen. Meaning, we all agree on the vote to do something. Whether that be accepting a new member into the Council, discussing our budget, or what event to host for everyone. Everyone on the Council as of now is Lord Ryu Jin, Nephilim Artorias, and Serkonos. You can inherit this title by speaking to the Council. (Open) Reward: 5,000,000,000
Queen - the female ruler of an independent state. You can inherit this title by speaking to Lord Ryu Jin. (Taken) Reward: None
Commander - a person in authority over an army. This person has complete control over Ryu's army. You can inherit this title by speaking to Lord Ryu Jin. (Taken) Reward: 1,500,000,000
Royal Adviser - an expert in a particular field that is entrusted with the duty to give the king advice. You can inherit this title by speaking to Lord Ryu Jin. (Taken) Reward: 1,000,000,000
Head Knight - a man who served his sovereign or lord as a mounted soldier in armor. Only four people can be in this position and have this title at a time. These people are in charge of the lower class Knight. You can inherit this title by speaking to the Council. (Taken) Reward: 500,000,000
Knight - a man who served his sovereign or lord as a mounted soldier in armor. The Knight position is unlimited. You can inherit this title by speaking to the Council. (Open) Reward: None
Royal Family Member - these people have a noble blood tie or relation to the king in some way.
The Royal Bodyguard - the Royal Bodyguard is entrusted with the king's life and his mission is to protect him at any cost, even if it's his own life. Only one person can be in this position and have this title at a time. You can inherit this title by speaking to Lord Ryu Jin. (Taken) Reward: 100,000,000
Royal Assassin - a murderer of people in a surprise attack for a political or religious reason. The Royal Assassin are the king's discreet personal force. Only four people can be in this position and have this title at a time. You can inherit this title by speaking to Lord Ryu Jin. (Open) Reward: 25,000,000
Royal Artist - an artist's job is to produce work for their king and the entire guild. Work shall be requested through a PM and harassing of an artist will result in a warning. See the Rule Book section for more on that rule. Inactivity is dismissed here to a point, as art can take awhile to make. The artist has the right to charge if he or she has chosen to. Tipping is also permitted if an artist hasn't requested a payment. Every payment is made through virtual gold only. You can inherit this title by speaking to the Council. (Open) Reward: None
Citizen - a legally recognized subject or national of a state. This title is inherited when you join the guild. You are deemed Citizen until proven worthy. You can get to the next rank by speaking to the Council. (Given) Reward: None

Inactivity...
Although we don’t demand activity, we highly appreciate it. Inactivity is not a serious crime here at Bright-Field, but every high ranking member must live up to their title and fulfill their duty as it.
Subforum
Not only is the Subforum a great place to snag an item when an event is going on, but it’s also an awesome place to converse with your fellow brethren within Bright-Field. Frankly, we’re happy to have you here, that is if you’ve got this far. Well, what you’re interested in might be art, writing, or role-playing with a fellow guild member. If that is your cup of tea, as they say, then you can utilize that skill and much more here!
Reporting
Reporting will be acquainted with a PM to the Council. The issue will be discussed amongst the Council and depending upon what information has been given, they will deem what punishment should be administered. This will tie back into the Rule Book.
Infiltration
While the Kingdom of Bright-Field has an abundance of loyalty, stuff can still happen. For example, a mole could infiltrate us. This would be very bad. Not only does it allow this person to take us down from the inside, it will also allow them to cripple the chain of command. If the chain of the command has been decimated, organization and order in the guild will be lost. Thus, leaving us with a broken Kingdom of Bright-Field. Inevitably leaving the guild to the conspirator. To help prevent this from happening, you can help by sending a PM to either Lord Ryu Jin, White-Wolf Artorias, or Serkonos regarding what you’ve seen. From there, they will assess the situation and see if the information given is true. If it is, then you will be rewarded dependent upon your information and how valuable it was.

Rule Book
Abiding by every single rule will show us that you're a dedicated and loyal follower to the Kingdom of Bright-Field. Dependent upon the rule and how badly it's been violated, we will determine what type of punishment should be administered.
RULE #1 - Be as active as possible in the guild.
RULE #2 - Talking about a private guild matter to another guild will not be allowed. You will be banned.
RULE #3 - If you are given a position in the guild, be active in that position or it will be revoked.
RULE #4 - Treat every member with respect according to their rank.
RULE #5 - Just because you’re a higher rank, doesn’t mean you have the right to disrespect a lower rank. One warning will be issued. After your 3rd warning, you will be stripped of your title.
RULE #6 - No member shall harass any other member of the guild. If you are caught doing so or reported, one warning will be issued. After your 3rd warning, you will be executed. Meaning, you will be kicked out of the guild.
RULE#7 - Stealing or taking an OC (Original Character), artwork, writing, and anything else that’s personal property that was made by them will result in a ban. Unless stated otherwise by the owner.
RULE #8 - While it does take a lot to rise through each rank, and what rank you are will change how much people may respect you, it’s not to be abused. We treat every member with the same amount of respect.
RULE#9 - Instead of majority rule, every decision must be unanimous in the Council. Meaning, everyone has agreed and not just one or two people.
RULE#10 - Before an announcement is sent out, each member of the Council must meet and discuss upon whether the announcement should be sent out or not.
RULE#11 - No causing an unnecessary fight with another guild. If you are caught doing so or reported, one warning will be issued. After your 3rd warning, you will be executed. Meaning, you will be kicked out of the guild.
