Victoria Plum was a character from a series of books written in the early 1980s by Angela Rippon.
Her hat is actually the flower from the plant commonly known as bindweed. My grandmother used to call the flowers "Ladies Petticoat". So though I'm using the Winter Rose from her hat, it's not really accurate. sweatdrop It looks a close enough match though! biggrin
