About

What I look like. Since people care about this.

Eyes. Blue-Grey, but turn Emerald Green when I cry.

Hair. Naturally brown, I guess its kind of Auburn , I never cared for it. So I dyed it, now its Black, Nice n’Easy Blue black to be exact. And long, down past my shoulders, and straight as a pin.

Body. I’m a bit on the chunky side I guess, well bigger than average, but by no means fat, I’m just not thin and dainty.

Skin. My skin is pale, not completely, in the summer I guess I have a little color, but I’m basically white, with not a single freckle.

Anything else? I’m short, only 5’2” but I don’t mind so much. I wear mostly clothes from hot topic, though I don’t do the strap pants or anything. Just jeans and black T’s and this black blazer that I bought last year. And black and Pink Van’s.

Me and reading: I can pretty much down any book in one afternoon, which is conducive to many weekends spent doing just what I love, curled up under a tree with a book. In the summers when other kids were out playing and riding bikes, or working summer jobs, I could always be found somewhere in the woods behind my house (or for the time that I lived in the suburbs of New Jersey, I'd tuck myself under a tree at the pond that was just up the road from my house) with a book. I would wake up in the morning crawling into a pair of jeans and t-shirt, grab my blanket off the back of the chair in my bedroom, walk to my bookshelf, (which is filled with hundreds of books that I've collected over the years) select a book, and head down stairs. I'd grab an apple or two on my way out the door, and set off into the woods behind my house. I wouldn't be seen again that day until the sun had fallen so far behind the clouds that I could no longer read another word. Or if I finished my book early enough, I'd march back to my house and find another.

Me and Writing: The first time I ever wrote for pleasure (thatI remember with any clarity)was in the 3rd grade, I just sat down and turned out this poem, I called it "The Game by the Bay" it was about a baseball game. I still have it memorized to this day, just something I don't think I'll ever forget. After turning out that poem, it became an addiction I dabbled in poetry, fiction, nonfiction, novels, novellas, short stories, and plays. My grammar may be horrific, my spelling may be an atrocity, but the stories are in my head and begging to get out. I have hundreds of stories crawling around in my head, thousands of characters. Most of my stories are fantasy, with dragons and elves, and magic. I love that sort of thing, I live for reading more books about worlds of the like. I'm published internationally for my poetry, but since I won't be releasing my name, you'll have a hard time finding any of my work. Not that I'm trying to toot my own whistle, it’s just even though it may not seem so, I do have an idea what I'm doing. For the love of Pete, write, until there is not a single character crying for escape. (Which, if you're anything like me, that will never happen.)

Theatre. When I’m not reading and writing, I am in the theatre. I stage manage mostly, and am in love with my old High School stage. We were blessed to have the second nicest auditorium in the state, school and other. It was beautiful. I learned everything I know about theatre on that stage, and owe it, and my former teachers for helping me find my passions in life. I am currently in college trying to become a Theatre teacher. I just can’t imagine my life without theatre. When I’m not physically on stage, I am still listening to one of the many Broadway Soundtracks that I own. I’ve seen RENT on Broadway more than once, and fully intend to see it a hundred more times. I have not been blessed yet to see Wicked, but that will soon be remedied… I’ve been typing for a while… so I’ll let you know more about theatre and my life later.

Who I’d take to dinner. My 12th grade AP English teacher used to say, we should pick three people from history that we’d take to dinner, and have a conversation with if we could. People we’d like to learn more about. My people.

L. F. Baum. I have hundreds of questions about the land of Oz that only he could answer. I’d like to know what he thinks about Wicked. Well, there truly are thousands of things. Not to mention his books are wonderful.

Jack London. Well I did mention that I am obsessed with The Call of the Wild. I’d love to talk to this man, get to know the mind that created what I think is one of the greatest stories ever written.

Jonathan Larson. This man was pure Genius. I think it’s a tragedy that he died so young, and I am ever thankful that he left the world with RENT , before he went. I just wish I would have the chance to thank him. RENT changed a generation, and changed my life.

Ramblings of a Lady Knight.

Well I'll probably be boring everyone with stories that I've written. As a matter of a fact I know just the one to start with.
