About
My life is a Fairy Tale.
My ending isn't a typical Disney ending.
My Vigil is to remain ever hopeful,
But my soul aches for freedom.
Nevermind these sad blue eyes,
It is always darkest before the dawn of a new day,
A new light will flicker,
But it will always end the same.
Do the dishes,
Do the mopping.
Keep busy, Cinderella.
Something slithers beneath the surface of my soft pale skin.
A monster to be?
Time will only tell,
Once my soul is set free.
To my keeper I will weep,
Not for the death of something you wished to be,
But for the life of something monstrous created by you.
Will it's claws rip savagely at your flesh?
Or will it simply tear the heart from your chest?
Life is beautiful,
But freedom is bliss.
