it'd be even funnier if said little sister could whoop his a**. But, unless we add a whole new limb on our condeluded family tree, I don't see that happening.

No, I believe that it is based on his ability to eat puzzles and emotions, thus, Brain eater.



However, if there are other puzzle eaters, I wouldn't be surprised if they shared a last name, although it wouldn't exactly mean he has a brother or sister.

Nougami can very well be a common last name among puzzle eaters(if there are others) such as Smith and Brown are common last names on the surface world.

You know what? the way Neuro describes hell in the manga is more like a functional society than a fiery pit of death. Seeing as how he has a last name, do you think Neuro has siblings?
