He let a little sigh, seeing her tease him was something that made him relax, but if she persisted they may not make it to the chapel, he let his emotions show a mock expression of a narrow-eyed glare on his perfect face, screwing up his nose to where the bridge was scrunched; and as she laughed he listened intently to the sound, a wonderful laugh, like the ringing bells of the horse drawn carriages in winter, but she was more than that, above that. Seeing her wipe off drop that landed on her made him wonder, were his powers finally starting to come in, the weather was perfect now, the rain had stopped and it only held a little wind within the clouds, calling the perfect starry night for his beloved was all he could do. There still held a warmth to his cheeks as a soft summer wind blew over them, making his flesh rise in goosebumps.
There was little time now, and knowing her she wouldn't want to get up from such a wonderful position, and hearing her words of love he nodded, but in his mind he felt sorry that she was so young, but she had all the time in the world to grow up, and she would grow with him, "come nymph, it is time we are wasting to my dissatisfaction I would not have it so," he said making fun of the ball by releasing her and doing a fools jig turning and undulating in an unknown free dance, that had been lost to time and then dancing over to her. He picked her up by her sides, a show of strength he wouldn't have done earlier and tossed her up into his arms, such romantics seemed above his power, but he did it anyway, giving an amused smile to her glowing face, that perfect face. Leaning down his head he kissed her lips lightly, a soft brushing that he could only stand now, there was time later for more than just innocent kisses, trying to project that in the kiss was a hard thing to do, but I think he had, for when he returned to look at the sky he found it hard to breathe, the wind capturing his fiery hair into the darkening sky, like a Nord god come from a storm.
Even for a vampire such as he, he had never experienced such passion in just a soft kiss, tenderness, and gentle lips had told him their love was indeed true; walking on and through the garden he began to see the smallness of the chapel with its tall bell-tower and its grassy knolls and welcoming walls. He put her down then and slithered an arm around her side and held her protectively in his arm as they walked the last distance, and then without out even thinking it they were walking through the doors, the priest already waiting for them, his hands crossed in a soft blessing to them both as they walked forward, but Armand stopped, "are you sure you want to marry me?" It came as only a soft whisper of wind in the church but in his lovers ear it was words.
