Its not a scarf Go to the marketplace and type in Lucky Star

I got for 1000 gold but I got lucky they are worth like 5k

and I got mine for 1000 this guy I bought it from got ripped off

after I bought the one I have now I seen one for 700 gold

but yeah thats how you get it If you want one
