1-800-ALLTEL1, I am Level 2 Technical Support, I mostly deal with BlackBerry's, Smartphones, and Aircards, but sometimes problems with regular phones that Level 1 cannot handle, I also maintain the towers sometimes too

oh I work at the Headquarters, its like a call center, I only deal with customers on the phone, but the guards would probably attack me, and I am actually in the UK for a few days, its late here, but I can't sleep
