Llyrian's Magic Card Design Studio

*As you enter, you see Llyrian drawing new designs, on a thin and small card template. He doesn't notice you. He keeps drawing and mumbles a few words. He then reaches for a book. He flips through a few pages, and then exclaims "Ah! Found it!". He finishes drawing the card, and mumbles a few words with his eyes closed. Immediately the card flows into the air. particles of green and blue surround it. It glows for a second and then falls. Llyrian picks it up. "Neat, huh?" he asks.
