August 6, 2009 and I actually know that it's Thursday ;]

Bored out of my mind and I feel like typing (and to do something not online).
I think I'm gonna write about myself ;o how self-centered can I get, right? Haha. I'm doubtful that anyone's actually going to read all of this, but it's for my own amusement, so yeah.

Basics: -waves- the fool writing this goes by Jen. Life for me is centered in Pennsylvania && another year ends for me in 18 days and I turn the fun fun age of 17 [: (guess I have one more year to do stupid s**t before I turn legal). The thought of my birthday makes me think of cake and since I'm hungry and am quite terribly craving cake, I shall stop thinking about my birthday x_x Oh, and I'm Asian, if that's of any importance o_o

Dreams:
x Fall in Love.
x I really want to write a book that can outdo Twilight D:< Seriously. I want my own useless section in Barnes & Noble for my merchandise and life-size figures of my characters so my fan girls can be creepy and put it in their room o_o Pfft, yeah, I know, I'm a fool. I guess I'm just pissed that Twilight's such a hit when it wasn't even a good book or movie >__<.

x Graphic designing.
x Music;; I'm open to pretty much anything when it comes to music except the stuff on the radio, but my iPod's filled mostly with mellow rock/alternative/pop stuff. Current bands that I have taken a liking too are A Skylit Drive, Alesana, All Time Low, Aniston, Bright Eyes, Bloc Party, Chase Coy, nevershoutnever!, Artist vs. Poet, Owl City, the Scene Aesthetic and that one guy, Iron & Wine, Jack's Mannequin, Something Corporate, the Dresden Dolls, Juanes, Motion City Soundtrack, Of Montreal, etc. I even like Chinese music now even though they all sound the same aha.

x Writing. Mainly fictional stories (I have abandoned fan fic sites due to the mass overload of Twilight fan fics >.> Screw Edward. He doesn't deserve to live forever.)
x Anything cute :3 I'm one of those silly Asian girls who find nearly anything with a cute face on it cute.
x The computer. It keeps me entertained, although it is kind of annoying how much time people these days spend on it.
x Books. I'm such a nerd razz ; I could live among books though. I'm quite picky when it comes to books though and I like ones that are.. different and not rip-off vampire/werewolf ones. Fav books: A Density of Souls, Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close, Alice in Wonderland, House of Leaves, Looking For Alaska (hence my name) -can't think of anymore- haha. If you know any worthwhile reads, do tell [:

x Anime's alright. I'm usually don't go searching for new ones; I only watch/read them when people are like DO IT JENNNNN D;< I find Ouran to be most entertaining though ^^ It's one of those cute ones that I just fall for. And.. I think I'm gonna watch Romeo x Juliet.
x IMming.
x The color purple.
x Love xD
x English (the subject).
x Iced drinks, although I don't drink much in general.
x Hershey's cookies `n cream bars<33 too bad there's none in China :[
x Black eyeliner && people with fancy make-up.
x Small handwriting/fonts.
x Learning new things from people.
x People who have the ability to get me angry. (It's hard, so I usually like the person more if they can hit that nerve in me biggrin ).

x Long conversations (online&irl.) & hearing people's stories.
x People-- I'm a firm believer that everyone needs human connection in order to survive life. I'm glad for the people who I already have in my life<3, but I enjoy meeting people (especially if they're really intriguing to me), but I'm pretty shy at first. ><
x Listening to people.
x Laughing. I don't seem to do it enough.
x Journaling.
x CTY. s**t, I miss the people crying
x Winter;; I love the first snowfall and the orange glow that the snow leaves :3
x Remembering memories that I thought I lost.
x Doing things that make me lose track of time.
x Hanging out at a bookstore all day.
x Giving && receiving presents.
x Playgrounds. They bring me back to my childhood.
x Reconnecting with old friends.
x Making someone's day.
x Long car drives. I'd totally be up for a roadtrip.. later on in life when I can drive T.T

x Orange Mitsubishi Eclipses. I've wanted one ever since they came out ;] I feel so close, yet so far.

x Toe-socks. (I'm running out of things to say haha).
x Seaweed. It's amazing to much on.

Hates:
x When people rate friends. (sorry, that was my first thought) razz
x I'm not a fan of little kids.
x Not really a fan of ignorant, immature people either, but I've been told that I have a high tolerance level.
x Fighting.
x When people blow up on me :[ by means of yelling or silent rage. Both are scary, depending on the person it’s coming from.
x Excessive LOLing. “PLZZZ” ticks me off a bit too mad
x Texting and such with bad grammar. The English language is getting killed slowly D:

x Picture-whores. You don't need that many pictures of yourself.
x When people get drunk and do stupid things. I don't really “hate” when people drink, do drugs, smoke, whatever cuz it's their personal choice, but when you get messed up and affect others, ew ><
x Loneliness.
x Wallowing in self-pity.
x Running in circles in my head.
x Sports;; I can't believe I didn't write that sooner.
x Getting my face destroyed by mosquitoes >__>
x Parties.
x When people leave me.
x Large crowds of people freak me out.
x The Dark.
x Bleh. I can't think of anything else.

Personality: Like I said, I'm a shy person until you get to know me. I'm really laid-back, tolerable, and.. I have an addictive personality. I go through many phases of things and I've become reallyyy indecisive in the last year or two. Dammit, I didn’t know it was so hard describing myself >< -gives up- aha.

I feel like I just filled out a job application xD
But yeah, if anyone wants to talk, I have a wide range of messengers~ (even QQ in China o__o haha), & I'm always up for a good talk.
