Yes, brother dear. I'm sure you know your triggers more than I do, so try to avoid anything that might upset the reaction while I create some pills to help with your allergy. *she started to walk off, then turned, looking over her shoulder*...or would you prefer injections over pills?

*she gave her notes a single glance, then looked back up at Alfred* It's not so much you're not adapting to the virus, as you happen to be having a mild allergic reaction to one of the virus's strands. *she smiled calmly* It's no more than if you were to have a mild peanut allergy...although on a much different scale. If you allow me enough time, I can create some pills you can take to help you cope. It won't hinder the virus, but it certainly will make it a lot more comfortable for you to coexist with it.

*takes the ear buds out and sets the stethoscope down* Your respiratory system checks out fine, Alfred...*returns to the kit, gives him a single glance, then takes a syringe out. She takes the little cap off and gives him a concerned gaze* I promise you this won't hurt...

*she promptly returns with a large case tucked under her right arm. Waiting for Alfred to move away from a table he had been cleaning, she sets it down. There was a few syringes in it and typical items a doctor would have. She pulled a clipboard out from an adjoining table as well as a fountain pen. She gestured to a stool* Sit.

(What the physical will involve...? Hell, if I know. D; )
