for videos go to tektek.org and then go profile then at the top of the page there is youtube videos click it and type name of video then copy and paste

I think, when you modify the "Content" option, you can find an option saying "Media". Probably not all layouts support "Media" option. Also, I haven't figured it out where to set the embedded media, but probably with the "Pictures" potion in the profile modifier, in the Photobucket option there is a "Paste Media" command.

You mean where did I download my background from?
Well... I have.. "stolen" the graphics from somewhere, years back, but modified them a little; and I used a standard Gaia basic profile layout theme for the rest of it (like window title bars).
