Bio: Originally from the deepest part of the ocean, she now spends most of her days on land. While on land her tail changes into two long legs. Her fish tail is only revealed when she is in contact with water. She can also take on the form of water, as well as a small white koi fish.
She has long white hair that falls below her waist. She is tall and slender, standing at 5'9" on land. Her fish-like tail changes color with her mood, but often appears light blue or white.
She can be very sweet, charming, and sometimes mischievous. She would amuse herself my luring young boys and girls down to the water and pulling them under.
