I am Luke Campbell. I have the power to microwave things, with my hands, as in melting, boiling, frying people, and you should see what I can do to a pacemaker. I was with Sylar, helping him find his father. I wanted to be his apprentice, side kick, whatever. Because, I thought Sylar was pretty awesome, and honestly I still do.
But...things didn't go so well. It turns out his father did some pretty ******** up things. I didn't know, and I'm really sorry. But I mean the way I see it, get over it, move on. The past just weighs you down. Hell I'd know, the stuff my old man did to me as a kid, if you dwell on it, you'll never be free.
Sylar has his own way of dealing with things though. Violent ways, apparently. I hope he'll be all right, not that I doubt he can take care of himself.
As for me, I'm stranded in the middle of nowhere. The government may still be after me. I could try to go home, but I really don't know.
I'm just grateful to be alive, I really thought Sylar was going to kill me. I don't show fear, I've learned not to, play it cool, keep talking. I learned that trick as kid, saved me a few beatings and burnings. If I got upset, my dad would get upset, I'll give you a reason to cry kind of thing.
Anyway though, I was pretty afraid Sylar was going to kill me, and pretty shocked that he didn't. I'm pretty grateful, he's spared my life twice, and saved me. Yeah, he did ditch me, but I think I'll call that even.
