A single elf sits near a bubbling stream in the clearing. She looks up at you, well aware of your presence despite your attempts to be quiet.

You aren't certain why, but as she talks, you are reminded of the sound of rain slowly trickling through the leaves of a tree. She smiles once more, and it is only then that you realize that her mouth wasn't moving as she was speaking.
