I can't tell you what it is exactly, because it's a bunch of items combined. I'll try to break it up and see if that helps.
The hood/cape thing is from The Nightmare
The regulare black shirt is the starter rocker girl
the skirt is the G-LOL dark mistress
the red sort of vest over shirt is from Gogh Reed
and the red tassle looking item on the side is from Reve Rouille.
