I saw your post about veganism in the forums, and was wondering what resources you have to share. While I may not be able to go entirely vegan (I have a hard time consuming and retaining iron), I would love to use less animal products than I do now.
Thanks for the advice. I catch myself drinking soy milk a lot, actually. As for agave nectar, I'll look into it just because it sounds like something healthier to drink before singing. Maybe I can literally start a seafood diet. The only animal products I feel are worth digesting come from the sea. Another good pointer to share is that if people do eat meat and/or animal products, free range or organic is their best bet if they want to avoid the chemicals and hormones many modern ranchers needlessly taint animals with for profit. Vegan isn't for everyone, but everyone deserves healthier food.
