malta is very energetic and also can be very hyper at times. she acts childish rather then her actually age. she loves pastries and tends to say "pastries" at random moments.

HISTORY
malta lived in the small country of san marino located in italy, the next year her family moved to malta but accidently left her behind. at the age of 14, malta meets felciano vargas, at a pasta resturant and becomes a friend of his. a couple months later, her mother and her 18 year old older sister come to take her back to malta. her sister ends up staying in the house that malta had been living in for the 4 years. malta tends to visit feliciano almost every 2 weeks, at the age of 16 she becomes a deligate for malta ,and the start of the war, malta's parents send her to italy to stay with her sister so she will be safe, malta annoys her sister so much that she kicks her out of her house. malta ends up getting "captured" by italia(north) when he finds her tied to a tree in the same forest germany found him in. malta ends up staying around germany, japan,N.italy mainly because england was to busy with her allies and to get away from her sister.
