I will please ask that you don't use my profile as a complaining box. If you have an issue with the guild please PM me about it, instead of airing your dirty laundry in my profile.
And yes - we do ask for high activity. And, to be quite honest, I don't see that as a bad thing, especially with the nature of the guild as a role play guild. People rely on other people to post to be able to continue. If you have an inactive member, it means that the rest of the people are slowed and inhibited by those other people. We want the guild to work at a good pace, and that is not going to happen if everyone just sits back, crew and members included. I would not call it a 'job-like' commitment, just a general activity required of members. We do understand that people have a life, but at least a few posts when people can, and to be notified of any absences, is what we would like.
In addition, I am very glad that the word competent was put in that announcement. It is not derogatory, it merely suggests that we look for people who are capable of doing the job, and that have experience in that sort of field. The last thing I want on my plate are a load of new, inexperienced crew members, who in the end, would be a hindrance rather than a help to the general guild structure.
On a final note, I do find your constant criticism to be rather grating. I understand that this is only criticism, and I say this in the lightest fashion, but if you find yourself more frequently picking apart the guild rather than posting in it, have you perhaps tried looking elsewhere?
Thank you. Please respond in a PM so I can clear my profile of this conversation. This is not what I intended my profile to be used for.
If you go ahead posting without approval using the devil fruit, those posts will be deleted. I know it is taking some time for Naomi to approve your profile, but please have patience. I shall try and make him do so for you soon.
Naomi is in hospital, but he should get to it soon. I am not going to accept or decline it, and I am going to leave it to him, so you shall have to wait. I don;t care what you do with your characters, to be quite honest, so long as you are active within the guild. So like i say, wait for Thomas. I shall give him a reminder if I can get hold of him.
Hi, this is Chosha, also known as Kamu Yamato. For some reason I got reported for something I didn't do, so I'm looking up my friends from my other account again. Don't worry, I'm not some random person.
