Dude, I got into a fist fight with my sister the day of my high school graduation because she wouldn't stop poking me. I HATE being tickled. It makes me violent.

Hrm. Well.. I guess all I can do is wish you luck if you do end up going on some sort of spiritual journey, or whatever you'd like to call it.

Well, just remember there's a big difference between being spiritual and being religious. You can still be spiritual while trying to figure out what religion or sect you fit into. Though I understand that kind of thing might be harder to figure out while you're still living with someone like your dad. I assume he expects you to go to church and everything?

I really don't hold grudges too often either. I hold short-term ones, yeah. But it generally takes a lot of repeated bad stuff for me to have one and hold it. My temper/bad side is more like a show of fireworks than anything, then it's over. Haha.

My mom still considers herself Catholic, but she's also a Democrat. So she's fairly liberal... Just not as liberal as my dad. That could partly be because she's a little older than him, too. I don't know. My dad's kind of Christian, but he's not big on going to Church or anything. He does pray and stuff some, though, I think.

I'm glad you don't let anyone tell you what to believe. Even if you believe the Bible is 100% word-for-word the Word of God and flawless, surely you as a human could be flawed in your understanding of it, right? Meh. I'm just not much of a fan of organized religion in general. I'm fairly spiritual, but I don't have any specific higher power I believe in or pray to, ya know?

No, it's fine. I like being able to talk about my gender identity and everything. I'm still figuring some things out, and this helps me in that little journey.

I can't say whether I'll ever want to transition or not.. At the moment, I don't even have definite plans to come out to either of my parents about this. I'm thinking at some point I'll tell my dad, because I really think he'd understand and accept what I tell him. As I'm still figuring some of the finer points out though, no point in putting either of my parents or the rest of my family through that stress, right? For now, I'm just happy being out to some of my friends, being able to dress how I feel comfortable without my parents really saying anything about it, having friends who are going through similar things and can help, etc.

Right now, I don't have any plans for transitioning. I'm not sure I'd even call myself actually FtM. So no, no hormones or surgery. At least not right now. And anyway, there aren't any good options for bottom surgery for FtMs like there are for MtFs.

Woot. I'm working on the mannerisms and everything. A lot of how you're read can depend just on how you carry yourself and stuff.

I know you wouldn't. That's why I'm not too worried about getting offended or upset or anything. I understand how hard it is to get into the habit of thinking, or even just speaking, of someone as a different gender than the one you knew them as before. It'd probably be easier if you knew me IRL. I like to think I do a decent job of presenting as male. I can give you a picher if you'd like to seee.
(And it probably doesn't help that I'm pretty sure I have some female-esque typing mannerisms. Bah.)

Yeah, things can get a little sticky. I'm not an easily offended person though, so as long as you're not going out of your way to treat me like some femmey chick, it's all good. Haha. But yeah, that's why it's best to always ask people if you're not sure about their gender identity or pronoun preferences.

Like I said.. I won't eat you or anything. I'm glad you're trying to make the change~ heart

I really prefer male pronouns. If it's too hard to get into the habit though, I understand. As long as you're not undermining my masculinity, lulz. It's not the female pronouns themselves that tend to bother me so much as a lot of the other stuff I tend to get, like being called a "young lady" and stuff. *shudders*

So basically, I'd love it if you use "he" and stuff, but I'm fine with "she" if it's too hard to get used to or too uncomfortable for you.
