I see you have stumbled upon my humble profile. ^.^ Welcome.

Introductions...Well, my name is Miko, which means "priestess" in Japanese. It was the nickname that my old friend (who happens the be the same one who introduced me to Gaia) gave to me years ago, and I kept it. If you're wondering, my real name is Marissa. I wouldn't want you to die of curiosity. [/sarcasm]

I have been on Gaia since 2003; I started over in March of 2006 on this account. My old username was dragon_priestess. Yep, things were much different back then...*rambles on like an old lady*

I share my birthday (July 17th) with two important figures: my cat, and Buffalo Sabres goalie Ryan Miller, who just so happens to be my favorite hockey player. Yes, I am a cancer. I believe in astrology and horoscopes to a certain extent. They're always fun to read. ^.^

I am a 17-year-old band geek, and very proud of it, actually. I love to play my flute. I am currently playing in my high school's marching band, and the rehearsals, combined with my heavy Honors/AP schoolwork, leave me with little time to spend on the Internet.

Oh, and by the way, I have an awesome sister named Hannah who is also on Gaia. She is quite the opposite of me in terms of personality, but I love her to death. Go visit her profile!

Oh yes, i do love the potterpuffs! I didn't think the book disapointed ast all! Not my fave- ootp will always be my favourite but i stilll this DH was pretty close! PoA is also one of my faves!

Yeah- i just sat in my room reading for 6 hours straight, and cos i went out to get the book at midnight, i was awake for like 40 hours of one day! So as soon as i finished it, i went back to bed at about 10am! My parents knew better than to disturb me! I've done the same thing on the last 2 releases! SO they just brought me juice and sandwhiches and stuff to sustain me whilst i was reading!

I was so excited before it came out and I can't believe it's finally here!

I thought the book was amazing!

I had this whole Harry Potter Party with my friends for my bday- i t was awesome!
