You're right. They've definitely gotten more badass the years after that; but that's natural. I suppose the staff who create them now are a lot better. I mean, the Angelic Halo? C'mon. It looks so shitty, but you've got Exchange elitists running around in old school peasant clothes flaunting the thing. LMAO!

Aha, nostalgia! What I like about the Guitar of Demonia is the spiffy robotic arm it offers, which is what I've had on my avatar for like, forever and a half. Is that the earliest DI you have? :3

OMG, don't I know it. Before it was just 3 types:

Store items.

Event items.

Donation items (as they were once called).

After a year or two of being gone, I come back and there's all kinds of crap. @_@ Like, I'm SO lost! The only evolving item I have is Aruna's (sp?) rose just because it was so spiffy. But otherwise, I'm-- I don't even know where to start and to be honest, I don't want to start again. xD

I used to do that too and delight at the obscene glitches that would manifest as a result. But as for event items these days, yeah, they go pretty cheaply. The secret is really just holding onto them for a very long time, if you've got the patience!

Aha, you're awesome. When I officially began here 5 years ago, I was that businesswoman you mention in your profile. I collected quadruples of every donation letter from November '03 to December '07 plus several of each event item. It was serious business. I know how you roll~
