10 times a week is a bit much for several classes don't you think?
That scared away about 30 people.
Could we leave it to the discression of the teacher as to how many times they post?

I've allready invited 30 new people and so far, five have accepted.

If you don't mind, I'd much rather the parts of dealing with people.
I have dislexia which is a medical condition that messes with how I see numbers. I am very prone to getting numbers wrong, but I do have very good rhetoric and can pose influencing viewpoints, and good arguments.

my mom started s**t with my sister because my sister was late to meet us for tick r treating,my sister told my mom her story of why and what s**t all happened then my mom started calling her a lying b***h and so my sister was arguing back.
now my mom wants to call off thanksgiving[which i was really looking forward to,i hope christmas is still underway!]
so last night i sat in my room listening to shinedown crying and writing and reading and about ready to pack up and runaway with the realization that i have nothing left to stay here for cuz all i once loved and cherished is history.
but then reality hit and i relized it's november,cold as death outside,and i'd have no where to sleep.
but i know i got friends incase i ever DO actually take off.that's good.

sooooo...that was my halloween!terrible huh???D=

Just edit out the part that says you don't necicarily get into your prefered house.
And if anyone says they want to be in a certain house, let them be in that house.

I would like to respectfully disagree with your sorting hat system.
it is not only the character of the person that determines the House to which they belong, but also the choices people make.
The most obvious example of this is Harry Potter's sorting because we are allowed to see his thoughts directly. The sorting hat insists that he would do best in slytherin, but Harry insists on anything but slytherin. The sorting hat gives in and says "better be GRIFFENDOR!"

Now it can be argued that the sorting hat only said this because of Harry being a horcrux, but non-the-less, Harry got to overide the sorting hat.

other examples can be found in that no-one was disapointed in the house they were sorted into. Every student had a smile on their face when sorted.

apart from that, some other of the minor characters show certain qualities better suited for a different house.
For instance, Ron was better suited for a slytherin. When he looked into the mirror of erised, he saw himself better than all of his brothers. He saw himself as an extreemly important individual. This shows that he has great ambition. this is further enhanced in that he doesn't shirk his responsibilities as a prefect, but he doesn't enforce the rules enough to make himself not liked by other students. this is why he belonged in slytherin, he didn't belong in griffendor because he didn't stick with his friends when things got tough. he showed a significant lack of chivalry in doing so. When Harry's name was pulled out of the goblet of fire, he ignored his friendship with harry beforehand and took the mindset of the rest of the wizarding world. He took it a step further and was personally angry at harry for him for being better than him again. He doesn't come back to harry till after everyone else likes him again.

another example is draco malfoy. what he does is not for personal ambition, but for the benefit of his family name. He never refers to himself as the superior being but rather his father. "my father will hear about this... well, father says..." This is Hufflepuff loyalty. He is just and loyal, but to the 'wrong' causes and people. The way he was raised, it was right and proper for purebloods to be superior. Another way that he is not a slytherin, is that rule breaking is rather a customary part of both griffendor and slytherin house's. slytherins break rules for ambition, where as griffendors break the rules when the feel it is for the greater good. Draco never breaks the rules except for a few tattle-tale runs. The biggest rule he broke was in the first year when he snuck out of bed to tell on hagrid for the dragon. after that, his rule breaking becomes less and less significant. even when it would have been easier to break rules to achieve his end, he would go by the rules and stay "true and unafraid of toil". the next truely major time he didn't do as he was told was when he didn't kill dumbledore. This shows a change in loyalties. He realizes that he is human and that he can't follow his father. He tried to do it, but he couldn't. it would have been easier to simply run away, but he attempted to do it all the same. it was a hard transition from one side to the other, showing that he was truely loyal to others and not simply to himself.

yes, the sorting hat does play a significant role, but human choice is a much more significant factor than you make it out to be in the guild. I simply ask that if someone is dead set on a certain house, they should be allowed to choose it.
I would like to choose Ravenclaw, and if you are still not convinced that I belong there, I'd suggest that you have another look at the brilliance, intellect and thought I put into this comment.
