~Raikou-sama & Ms. Creator is the same person but have different personalities...somewhat different...
~She created Raikou in the 6th grade due to her (then) obsession on Ginji Amano from Get Backers who was aka Raitei meaning Thunder Emperor. And thus creating Raikou-Kisaki meaning Thunder Emperess. Lol. But Kisaki is NOT Raikou's family name. Her family name will not be released in the internet due to the fact that there are now loads of people trying to be her.
