about nancy
'Ello!My name is Nancy.
I live in the western hemisphere, and thats just about as close to home as I'm getting. if you want another hint, it's very hot here most of the year.
I, like most teenagers, have a tendency of becoming obsessed with things at random times. At this moment, my obsessions would be rainbows, hairpins, the Joker, fantasy/ sci-fi novels, smiley faces with brackets instead of parenthesis, Frank Sinatra, the many shapes and forms of rock and roll, cheese, orange juice, and peanuts. Speaking of nuts, thats exactly what I am: Nuts. Bonkers. Looney. Insane. Out of my ever-loving mind! And to tell you the truth, it's quite fabulous. :]

X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Review:
Pretty kick a**, if I say so myself. Hugh Jackman was awesome (and naked (which probably explains the large amounts of middle-aged women at the theater)), but good none the less. Fun, exciting, yadda, yadda, and all that jazz that makes a good X-Men movie.

Havent talked to you in a while
Hmmm.... You should send a portion my way. Considering one of the few things I pride myself at being rather good at is writing, and you already are aware of what kind of critic I am, plus it'd be interesting to read something you've written.
Although if you're uncomfortable with something like that, I can understand.
Which reminds me, why, Jessica, do you feel like a douche?
I know there's a ton of pressure on you to make it to state, Jessica. But, in all reality, there's only so far our bodies can go before we peak. I hit that, for the most part, and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to get to go to state. You've still got room to grow, but tapping into that takes pushing yourself to limits that are painful at best. Listen, I was watching your 50 at the Artesia meet, and the only major point I can make on it is to increase your stroke rate a bit, and kick faster during the second half. The first 25 you go all out, and you hit it harder and faster than I'm sure I could go. The second 25, right after you turn, you pace down a little. What I'd suggest is to work a little on your own on a set I remember coach having us do recently. Although, doing 25s instead of 50s would be better. Here's the set:
10x25s on :40
On your first 25, check your time, and on each 25 after it, get the same time.
Another suggestion is to have someone clock your splits, and make sure your second 25 is at least as fast, if not faster, than your first off of a start.
I would more than gladly work with you on what I could, but that's kinda impossible, hehe. Sorry I can't be of any more help than this. You're the kind of person who, if you struggle just a little harder, can attain your goal. You've got the determination, and the want. You've just got to put a tad bit more mentally into it.
I know you can do this, Jessica. It's not going to be easy, but I feel like you've got the potential to do it.
Lol. Also, you guys going anywhere this weekend for swimming?
And explosions are very relevant to my interests. But let's not forget implosions now...
*activates implosion, causing a building to crush into itself before exploding with enough force to level small cities*
Yes, the Joker is made of awesome beyond comparison.
