Well I now have a flexible set of outfits to switch into, might be a tad misleading for those who don't know me, I've spent to much considering on how I use this site.

My first posts are over a decade old and they are cringe worthy, I had a friend show me a post so bad I wanted to die on the spot.

I wouldn't say lady avis are blocky.... more like stringy? I know I've spent to much time playing with all the new styles and poses lately..... waaaaaay to much time as you could probably tell by now.

Hmm that's a little spot on in tone but I feel Maxy went through some pretty different stages and one was probably KH inspired so depends where we interacted most.

It's the worst site to get back into once you have even a tad of disposable income. sweatdrop

Yeah that's definitely due to the 'stranger danger' mentality that we grew up with, now your face and name can be kinda everywhere and I'm not sure if people are safer for it....
But it was special when you did learn those little things like a persons actual name or where they were from, it was like being given a small token of trust.

The legs and arms are 1000% better for male avis two, never liked the blocky fist as a default, but I guess the default legs on female avatars are pretty bad too.

I can't remember what the most iconic 'Maxy' look was, perhaps it was just the fox ears and tail overall, I did have like 90% of those orphans haha.

Yeah I can't imagine the value is good for artists these days in terms of gold, I'd rather be paid in Gcash.

I spend most of my time on here is just changing my avi and digging through the archives, remembering the good times.

I wish I was a tad more open back then about me IRL so people could be able to track me down on Facebook, I've managed to stay connected to a couple of people though.

One things for sure they certainly upped their style game, a lot of fun dynamic poses with most of these new times makes you're avi feel less like a doll and more like a character which is a change I wish was always the case.

True, it's very odd to see your avi not all dressed up in the blue lolita set and with the matching blond hair haha but I like the new sense of self expression that was difficult to pull off back in the day

Honestly it's the only thing I do on here when I'm just killing time, trying to find killer looks that I didn't quite see before.

Yep certainly the worst change to the site, especially as you can pretty much buy gold it's tanked the economy.

Back in the day you would see threads go through 10 pages in a couple of hours now that would take weeks.

I try not to look at the friends list page to often but yeah it makes me regret not getting more contact information, especially as most IMs have died off. ._.

I also have no idea what the current Gaia is, like do they release new items like twice a day now? Its crazy!

Well that's good to hear.

I miss my old Gaia friends too... I guess the reason why I still have this site bookmarked is hoping some will get nostalgic and perhaps come back and do some catch-up.

The results so far have been.... minimal. sweatdrop

I've tried to get back into at least RP'ing every now and then but everything moves at a much slower pace than back in the sites glory days I just don't have the time to dedicate to it.
